debate to disestablish Church of England

Britians always had the Church of England as the established religion of the country. And i just think its kind of amusing this whole situation. Do you think it was planned or accidental?

If backbenchers are responsible and if they were able to plan it, I'd say they had a hand in the numbering. The backbenchers are the best part of parliament.
