Seriously? I think the AFC game will be close for the first half but then as has been the case all season they will pull away in the second half.

Pats 38
Bolts 24

The NFC game will not be close.

Your taking the giants over Green Bay at Lambeau Field? What are you nuts? :laugh2:

Green Bay: 24
Giants: 6

It's going to be another "Ice Bowl" today at Lambeau Field. I'll be glued to the 56" high def today for that... :D

Ice bowl is putting it mildly. Our high today is 3 - lows well below 0, with an even worse windchill.. Them boys are going to be hurting.. Maybe fur-lined tights are in order. :D

Yeah Ma and Pa are back in Wisconsin. They emailed me last night and said it was like 15 below, and wasn't supposed to get above 0 today. That's going to be one damn cold game. I know they have those huge mepco heaters that run like a jet engine for on the side lines, but one play out on the field away from that and you're going to be FROZEN. I hope nobody gets hurt bad.

No worries.. It'll be at *least* in the 20's by then.. :)

(Remembers a couple years ago, had party the second to last weekend in May - was outside thing, and it ended up being 26 degrees)

Well, this is the place I'm currently looking at. The seller seems to be motivated. I may fly back and deal on it, not sure yet.

I'd probably totally finish off the inside of that barn into a party palace. Pool table, bar, theater, and a BIG ASS HEATER... :D

Well they made it that far, which is still quite an accomplishment. You gotta love the Pack, no matter what.

The Superbowl isn't going to be much of a game though, because I expected the Pats to kick ass on whoever won the Pack game. NY doesn't stand a chance.

Not from me. But against the Pats... c'mon... they really DON'T stand much of a chance.

I would think the odds on bets downtown are going to be way in favor of N.E.. So you think I should go down to the casino put drop a couple hundred on N.Y.?

Yes from you...when they went into Lambeu Field!! :)

Why do they stand a chance? Just look at what they have done so far. When we played them (NE) in the regular season, we lost by..3 points I think?? Not only that, we were winning until Eli threw an INT which led to NE's comeback win. We were in that game until it ended. In the playoffs we have beaten 2very strong, very good receiving groups, with the same kind of 5 set receiving alignments that NE uses. We have handled them very well. We usually dont get killed by the run. NE's defense is STILL suspect. We had no trouble moving the ball on them during our last meeting.

I am not saying I expect NY to win, but I dont think it is a sure win for NE either. If we can get some pressure on Brady and maybe get an INT or 2 like SD did, then I am confident that we can win. Would I suggest you drop a few hundred on NY?? No not at all, just show them SOME respect for being were they are. :)

Ya know what... it doesn't matter to me who wins. I think with N.E. being so heavily favored, I might as well pull for N.Y.. I enjoy seeing the underdog win. :salute:
