An Ohio man who killed his roommate in 1978 and ate part of his brain has been denied parole for a fifth time. A prisons spokeswoman says the Ohio Parole Board concluded 60-year-old inmate David Allen Chapin is "unsuitable for release."

...Chapin is serving life at a prison in Lima (LY'-muh) for shooting his longtime friend Donald Liming in the eye during a dispute over religion.
