By criminal illegal aliens and their thugish good supporters, and a government who by default allows, and by people like you who turn a blind eye and hope it goes away.

Its only a matter of time, before latino hate groups ensure the loss of country, will you stand on the sidelines, or stand up and take our country back.

SDMM SPECIAL REPORT

Documented Attacks on Minutemen & Pro-American

Activists in San Diego County, 2005-2007

This report documents the past two and a half years of aggression with 25 major, often violent, unprovoked attacks and hate crimes on peaceful American activists by illegal aliens and their radical, Mexican Government-backed supporters in San Diego County since the new anti-illegal immigration political movement began locally in July 2005. These known major incidents are compiled from police and court records as well as eyewitness reports and video footage. This report does not include the dozens of American civil rights violations and constant harassment by the open border activists against American citizens.

Videos of many of these attacks can be viewed on SDMM’s YouTube Playlist

In 2007 alone, there were at least 8 documented attacks on Minutemen and Patriots within San Diego County. Five of those attackers were arrested and four have been convicted in the courts so far.

Law Enforcement is finally starting to crack down on the Mexican and Hispanic violence and crimes in our communities and the citizens welcome the increased enforcement and cooperation with ICE. SDMM now has excellent relations with federal and local law enforcement agencies throughout the county, with the exception of continuing problems with the San Diego Police Department due to their sanctuary policies and their history of mistreatment of American activists.

There has never been one single documented attack by any American activists against any illegal aliens or their supporters during this same time. SDMM is 100% peaceful, law-abiding, and non-violent, but we do defend ourselves with appropriate force when attacked and we do press charges against all criminals.

Despite the overwhelming record of aggression and criminal activity by illegal aliens and their well-funded pro-Mexico activists, the local media and many local governments continue to lie and slander to the public and demonize the pro-American activists as “extremist” and “dangerous”, when nothing could not be further from the truth! The multi-ethnic San Diego Minutemen and similar local groups are San Diego’s largest Neighborhood Watch and political activism group with the primary goal to help solve San Diego’s current illegal immigration crisis through enforcement of current laws and securing of the border. DOCUMENTED MAJOR ATTACKS ON MINUTEMEN VOLUNTEERS

26. Dec 29, 2007, VISTA: SDMM videographer Mike Spencer is assaulted and gouged in the face and scalp while videotaping a Hispanic woman who approached and confronted another American activist who was monitoring criminal activity in the parking lot of the Vons DLS where 50-60 day laborers were loitering waiting for illegal hirings and soliciting under the table work. The attacker’s mother also jumped in and grabbed Mike and pulled his hair. The daughter was arrested and taken to jail by Vista Sheriffs who witnessed most of the attack. The mother’s status is unknown at this time. (video)

25. Aug 25, 2007, SAN DIEGO: Mexican Citizen and agent of President Felipe Calderon, Enrique Morones, in collusion with San Diego Mayor Jerry Sanders, stages a large, loud, and disruptive protest right next to a permitted formal event and violates the civil rights of former Governor Pete Wilson and numerous other dignitaries and citizens who were gathered to honor Wilson with a formal statue ceremony at Horton Plaza. SDPD refused to enforce noise ordinances and civil rights violations on the radical Mexican activists. The invited guests were not able to hear the ceremony due to blaring bullhorns 50 feet from outdoor ceremony. No legal action is taken against Morones and Sanders. Sanders blames his attorneys for bad advice, even though he was warned by SDMM a week prior not to let the anti-American anarchists break the law, disrupt the ceremony, and violate the rights of American citizens. A lawsuit is being considered against the city. (video)

24. July 14, 2007, FALLBROOK: Minuteman Kiani Garcia is attacked by an enraged Hispanic Fallbrook resident and illegal alien supporter, Fernando Guardado, 52, during a peaceful SDMM protest at St. Peter’s Catholic Church. Pro-American activists were protesting St. Peter’s formal day labor hiring center located next to their pre-school. Garcia was able to subdue his attacker with pepper spray and prevent further injury and bloodshed. Five minutes after this attack, Guardado’s son drove onto church property and threatened SDMM ralliers including women that he would “kick their asses”. He had to be restrained by Rev. Bud Kaicher and other church employees as he charged towards our group on the public sidewalk. Guardado was convicted of vandalism in Dec 07 and other charges. Another hearing has been set for Feb 08 to determine what restitution Guardado will have to pay to Garcia for medical expenses and destruction of his video camera. (video)

23. June 16, 2007 , FALLBROOK: Hispanic St. Peters Church parishioner spits at Minutemen protesters as he drives by them on church property. Revs. Bud Kaicher and Bernie Rapp openly and brazenly violate U.S. Federal laws by aiding and abetting illegal aliens and assisting them to find illegal employment by law-breaking Fallbrook employers. They actually encourage their members to hire them in direct violation of the law. Despite several requests to Bishop Brom to end the formal illegal alien hiring center at St. Peter’s, he has taken no action. The Catholic Church in America has demonstrated that they believe they are above the law and continue to engage in organized crime for their profit using illegal aliens. (video)

22. June 2007, BONSALL: During morning DLS monitoring operation by local citizens, a drunk, Mexican day laborer punches Fallbrook activist Ray Carney in the stomach at the Bonsall ARCO DLS. Fallbrook Sheriff is called and arrests the attacker and takes him to jail right in front of illegal alien activists Claudia Smith and Joanne Yoon. Suspect was believed to be an illegal alien and was likely deported.

21. Mar 2007, ESCONDIDO : During an Escondido Minuteman Brigade legal observer operation at the main DLS on Quince St. , a day laborer becomes very aggressive and attacks Mike Spencer by pushing his video camera into his face. Other day laborers converge from all directions, including one who picks up a rock, ostensibly for use as a weapon. The situation is subdued only when several Hispanic Minutemen intercede, and a plain clothes police officer reveals a sidearm to the aggressors.

20. Jan 20, 2007, BONSALL: The 14 year old daughter of Minutewoman Mary is assaulted by Fallbrook Village Voice reporter Nathalie Taylor at the Bonsall Arco DLS. Taylor angrily approached the young girl and jammed her video camera into her eye causing swelling and injury. Taylor was later convicted of battery and was supposedly fired from the newspaper. She has since been hired back at the Fallbrook Village Voice. (video)

19. Jan 13, 2007, MISSION VALLEY: ENRIQUE MORONES shoves SDMM Leader Jeff Schwilk from behind right in front of a SD cop on the sidewalk in front of the Fairmont Home Depot DLS. Schwilk immediately returned the favor with a return shove, again right in front of the same cop, who just smiled. The edited video of this incident has been posted by the Reconquistas and accused Schwilk of an unprovoked attack which is exactly what Morones did.

18. Jan 3, 2007 , BONSALL: Minuteman David S. is assaulted by an angry illegal alien supporter and likely employer (Dave Vorhis) at the Bonsall Arco DLS. David S. received injuries to his face and his camera was destroyed. The attacker is tracked down by Fallbrook sheriffs by his license plate and eventually charged with battery and vandalism over $400. He pled guilty to the charges in Sep 07 and was convicted of the attack. Vorhis was sentenced to probation and ordered to pay David S. $422 for his camera.

17. Nov 2006, ESCONDIDO : An Escondido woman and her husband go to the Escondido DLS on Quince and Mission to document the criminal activity with 30-50 unemployed men loitering and endangering motorists with their street-side hirings. Two Hispanic day laborer approach her and hit her because she is taking pictures. Police respond but are unable to locate the suspects who fled after the attack.

16. Nov 18, 2006, SAN DIEGO: Human Trafficking activist John Monti is viciously attacked by 6-8 Hispanic day laborers and illegal aliens at the Penasquitos DLS as he is there photographing illegal street-side hirings. The gang of latino vigilantes were threatening Monti and then moments later jumped him from behind, knocking him into busy Penasquitos Blvd and breaking his $2000 camera. SDPD responds but the attackers had all run away. SDPD investigates, but does not arrest the attackers who return to the day labor site a few days later. Then four months later, the San Diego City Attorney, Mike “Nifong” Aguirre, under pressure and urging from Claudia Smith and other pro-illegal alien forces, filed false charges against Monti in late Mar 07 for battery and civil rights violations (hate crimes) on the eight day laborers. Monti is acquitted of all charges at trial in Sep 07. A civil lawsuit against the city of San Diego is forthcoming.

15. Oct 2006, ESCONDIDO : Tom H. attacked while sitting in the audience of the Escondido city council meeting. The Hispanic man sitting next to him strikes Tom for no reason. Police escort the violent Latino out of the council. No arrests are made.

14. Sep 23, 2006, NATIONAL CITY: Minuteman Stuart T. is knocked down, kicked, and falsely arrested during a permitted rally by overly aggressive riot police for “resisting a peace officer” during the National City protest. He is taken all the way to the Vista jail and held for 12 hours before being released. All charges were later dropped. (video)

13. Sep 23, 2006, NATIONAL CITY: Radical socialist activists from the group ‘Friends of the Day Laborers’ attack SDMM ralliers at a peaceful protest in National City against Mayor Inzunza’s attempt to declare it a sanctuary city. The aggressive anarchists push several MM to the ground and our security personnel had to use pepper spray to repel them since police stood by and watched them approach our group and physically attack our ralliers.

12. Sep, 2006, OCEANSIDE: A woman motorist passing a citizen’s protest of the Oceanside DLS stops her car, comes over and yells at activist Steve Shine and then slaps him hard on his face. OPD responds and arrests her for assault.

11. Aug 2006, SAN DIEGO : Minuteman Gabriel P. attacked by Mexican man (possibly a DL pimp) at the DLS. Suspect drove his car up on the curb and sidewalk and tried to run over Gabriel who was there observing the DLS for illegal activity. Perp was later arrested by SDPD and possibly deported.

10. Aug 5 2006 , SAN DIEGO : San Diego Citizens Brigade members are physically attacked by open borders activists at Marketplace Home Depot DLS. The anarchist punks grabbed several of our signs out of our hands and ripped them resulting in arrests for assault. (video)

9. Aug 2006, OCEANSIDE : A large Mexican day laborer physically attacks activist Steve Shine from behind at the Oceanside DLS. Police are called, but he attacker flees with the assistance and interference of illegal alien activist Joanne Yoon. The attacker is never seen again and may have fled to Mexico .

8. July 2006, SAN DIEGO : American rallier Gary is attacked, tripped, and pushed to the ground by Hispanic Woman during an anti-illegal immigration rally at the San Diego County Administration Building . SDPD on scene refuse to apprehend the woman who is allowed to walk away.

7. July 2, 2006 , SAN DIEGO : Minuteman Clint Hamilton is assaulted by a Hispanic migrant smuggler at the Rancho Bernardo Shell Station DLS after Clint filmed him dropping off 18 migrant workers in his van. The smuggler got out of his van and attacked Clint causing injuries to his shoulder. Police later caught the suspect, but it is believed the attacker was never prosecuted for his crimes. More protection for foreign criminals by Jerry Sanders in his sanctuary city. Clint’s shocking video was shown on Hannity and Colmes with Clint describing the violent attack. (video)

6. June 17, 2006, ENCINITAS: Long time illegal alien activist leader Claudia Smith (a Guatemalan immigrant) walks by and shoves Anthony P. from behind as he was standing on the public sidewalk at a peaceful rally at the Home Depot DLS. She is later cited for the crime by Encinitas Sheriffs.

5. May 27, 2006, VISTA: Mr. Ortiz, owner of the Yum Yum Donut Shop at the Vista Vons DLS purposefully drives his huge Ford Excursion SUV into a group of SDMM activists standing in the parking lot. He hits Jeff Schwilk with his front bumper and narrowly misses two other Minutemen who jumped out of the way. Luckily no one is injured. Vista Sheriffs take a report, but Ortiz is not charged for his crime.

4. May 20, 2006 , VISTA : Illegal alien activist Tina Jillings approaches and attacks VCB founder Mike Spencer at the Vista Vons DLS. Jillings is cited for battery and given a public lesson by Vista Sheriffs on how activists cannot approach Americans and touch their cameras. Video has been widely viewed on YouTube.

3. April 2006, SAN DIEGO: American citizen Anthony P. is attacked near the San Diego Mexican Consulate by a gang of Hispanic vigilantes because he was walking around with an American flag in protest of the Mexican Government’s staging of illegal alien marches throughout America . He was hit in the face by an angry racist Hispanic woman and even took photos of the charging mob. SDPD responded but no one was charged until one year later in April 07, the city attorney Mike “Nifong” Aguirre, at the urging of Enrique Morones and others, charged Anthony with battery on the attackers. These false charges are still pending.

2. Sept 2005, SAN DIEGO: Radical la raza and socialist goons trespass and attack American members of the border watch group Friends of the Border Patrol during a private meeting at the Scottish Rite Center in San Diego. These radical goons rip down American flags and physically assault at least two Americans with their very aggressive confrontations on private property. SDPD responds and radical brown beret leader Jesse Diaz is cited for assault and released. No other action is taken against the trespassing violent mob of Latino vigilantes.

1. July 16, 2005, CAMPO: Socialist open borders protesters physically attack Minuteman Jim Woods, his dogs and several other Minutemen during their aggressive protest of the California Minutemen’s first day of border watch in Campo, CA. The attackers hold down his dogs and put dirt in their mouths while surrounding Woods in his truck and threatening him. No arrests made by Campo Sheriffs. Between July 16 and Aug 8, there were many attacks, threats, and harassment on American border watchers by anarchist left wing goons. (video)

Sheriff Bill Kolender was contacted directly, but refused to take any law enforcement action against the criminal illegal alien supporters. 2 ½ years later, he still has shown no commitment to enforcing the law against illegal aliens and their criminal advocates in San Diego County . Kolender has been known as a friend to illegal alien activists, agents, and smugglers for over 25 years in San Diego due to his non-cooperation with Border Patrol and the department’s sanctuary policies towards over 250,000 illegal aliens currently living in San Diego County .

Acts, you need to chill out and come eat some good Mexican food with me. I know an awesome place in East Los Angeles, over by where my sister lives. I'll even translate the menu for you.
I might even be able to find a cute illegal girl to hook you up with. I am sure she will gladly overlook your faults in return for a green card. :)

going after the individual illegals is pointless, and will continue to be so. We need to go after the employers that are hiring the illegals, provide new opportunities to immigrate in a contrlled manner, and stop taxing income, switching over to a consumption tax instead (This would do two things: it would force them to pay taxes every time they get groceries, and it would expand the tax base. The other 49 states need to do what AZ is doing - and it is working

Arizona’s Employer Sanction Sending Illegals Back Home
The Machiavellian on January 24th, 2008

The beauty of federalism is evident in Arizona. Arizona’s new employer sanction law, which went into effect on January 1st, virtually requires that all employees in Arizona are citizens or have the appropriate paperwork from the Federal government.

As a result, illegal Mexican immigrants are doing one of two things, moving to other states or returning home. Since our Federal government has not lived up to its obligations, states are taking matters into their own hands.

And as a result of Arizona’s actions, other states will see an influx of illegal immigrants and more than likely, they will also adopt laws similar to those of Arizona. Oklahoma already has. Those states who don’t, will be stuck will all the ills that illegal immigrants bring with them.

The other thing that strikes me is something the amnesty crowd said would never happen. Remember what they said? That it was a pipe dream, an impossibility that that even a small percentage of illegal aliens could be deported. Instead, wholesale amnesty was the only solution.

Instead, we find, as exemplified by Arizona, that without employment, illegals aren’t interested in our way of life. They aren’t interested in life, liberty or property. The concepts of a republic don’t matter to them. Just money. When they can’t earn a living, they return home.

The amnesty hucksters were wrong. We can repatriate the mass of illegals in this country through attrition.

The full effect of the law, which calls for punishing Arizona employers who knowingly employ illegal immigrants but hasn’t been used yet, is troublesome and unknown for Mexican lawmakers along the border.

“We have yet to feel the full impact, but the moment (immigrants) leave Arizona, we’re going to have problems,” said Enrique Flores Lopez, director of the state migrant advocacy department in the state of Sonora.
A delegation of politicians from Sonora plans to travel to Mexico City next week to seek help to house and feed workers who may flee Arizona.

“We’re going to demand resources,” said Irma Villalobos, a state legislator who heads the commission of border affairs in Sonora.

Nogales legislator Leticia Amparano, who met with Arizona lawmakers to learn more about the new law and its enforcement, said Mexican lawmakers have collected anecdotes about crowded classrooms and more people roaming the streets of downtown Nogales, Mexico, in search of assistance. Read more…

Maybe it is time for the American people to make an end run around the President, the Congress, and the Department of Homeland Security. Maybe this problem needs to be tackled at the state level and if 20 or 25 states adopt this an Arizona type of legislation, thus removing the economic incentive that attracts illegal immigrants in the first place. And for those states too liberal to adopt such measures, how long before the influx of displaced illegal immigrants into their states forces them to adopt employer sanction laws? Just a thought.
