Donkey Kong was originally called Monkey Kong, but a translation error changed the 'M' to a 'D'.

Viagra was supposed to be a high blood pressure pill, but then they found out that it A) relaxed you too much or B) placed the 'pressure' somewhere else. you can pick which one.
