This is the new Air Force slogan. I think it is better than "Cross into the blue".

Isn't that an Army thing? I don't believe I have ever heard that in the 19 years I have been in the AF.

It's always good to see a slogan in English instead of Latin. The RAF still have Per Ardua Ad Astra.

The Royal Artillery's slogan is even worse.

The Air Force may not have a Latin slogan, but most of out fighter squadrons do. The one I am in now is "audentes fortuna juvat"....fortune favors the bold.

Hmmm - when I was a kid (well early teens) and an air cadet the squadron my unit was attached to had quid si coelum ruat - "what if heaven falls?"
