I happen to agree with you that trying 16 and 17 year olds as adults is appropriate in some instances, and probably in THIS instance. However, i addressed this issue by saying i was wrong to want to nuke the tribal region, because their are plenty of people their already being treated like shit, so killing them all just to get bin laden, is not a good idea, tactical strikes to kill bin laden and terrorists i believe are.
