I was under the assumption that soldiers were not allowed to do things like this. Isn't this what got Kerry into trouble?

They are being presented as members of the US armed forces, not private citizens. It most definitely is against the rules; thus, my previous comment -- the result of nonjudicial punishment.

What is worse, the website thinks that military personnel are protected under the "whistleblower act"! Don't they know that the military is not subject to the same laws as civilians??? No wonder young soldiers get into trouble with this stuff.

Insidious, thats what the liberals have become.

Getting young soldiers in trouble, how low can you go?

Course, I'm NOT surprised, really.

The military should investigate this, and expose the TRUE people behind such behavior.

But the TRUE people behind this behavior are the media themselves. If these guys get in trouble for this its 60 minutes fault.
