Going to SLO for the weekend. San Luis Obispo for you non-Californians. Hopefully just a simple 6 hour drive. I'll wave as I drive past all you southern Californians.

No doubt. And what's up with a move to SC? Talk about culture shock. Though I shouldn't talk, the Mrs. and I are talking about a move to North Carolina. Very loose gun laws you know.

the work appears to be there for now. the 14 year attorney/associate is coming back after maternity leave, so my hours will be reduced. this is her second leave and it appears she is not sure how many hours or how long she wants to work... if she leaves, i have a full time job, but i can't wait around for that and oppurtinity knocked loudest in SC, so i am trying to get a place to live. oh, manu also helped me try to get work in frisco, so :cheers2: to manu.

appears i have the flu, so not sure if i am going to SC this weekend. though you probably don't want to get the flu....anyways....enjoy your time here, make sure you see the coast, especially morro bay. if you go to the museum and hike to the top of the hill behind/side of it, you can see the view that is similar to the one in my avi. or else rent a boat, kayak and you'll get the same view.

i'll keep my police scanner on all night....

I'm back in one piece. The wedding was great and I didn't screw up my Best Man's speech. Surprising since I had somewhere around 10 black and tan's in me by the time I gave it. Harmony, California is the most beautiful place I've been to in years.

I did see a corpse on the way back. Just outside SLO on the 101 South. Look for it in the news. Not sure what happpened, but the cops were covering him with yellow wrapping as I passed by.
