....it is logical that the guy is trying to draw attention to his ass, and in a sexually explicit way....it is also logical that he is trying to attract the attention of those who usually would not be sexually attracted by a man's ass....I would speculate he is into MMF sex and decided this was a way to overcome the hesitations of some to bisexual activity......

by the way, I suspect this is body paint and not a tatoo....I don't know if you can get that level of color detail with tatooing....
