Bravo for inaction.

"Dont it always seem to go
That you dont know what youve got
Till its gone
They paved paradise
And put up a parking lot

They took all the trees
Put em in a tree museum
And they charged the people
A dollar and a half just to see em
Dont it always seem to go
That you dont know what youve got
Till its gone
They paved paradise
And put up a parking lot"

Paradise is sub-zero temps as low as -70 without windchill, and darkness 60 days straight?

Drilling Alaska won't solve our energy problems. What will solve them is an earnest investment into renewable energy sources such as non-corn ethanol, nuclear power and "no-duh" car technologies that already exist but that the greedy car and oil companies won't put on the market until after the middle class is completely destroyed by the insanely high cost of living.

yeah im sure those evil corporations are just waiting for the day where the middle class is destroyed and no one can afford their products anymore. Brilliant marketing strategy.
