i lost my job but i quit because my boss is the biggest asshole i have ever met...my next job was solely fill in and i knew that would end but had to take the opportunity to work with the greatest guy i have ever worked for...so i didn't vote

As a self employed I can't vote. I did have some surgery March 1 that has me in rehab until late this year. Even at that my phone has nor rung for estimates or potential jobs/work.
Check out ebay or craigs list for construction equipment. People are literaly giving it away as the equipment is sitting and not paying for itself.

I haven't lost my PT job, but my hours have been reduced. They'll pick up again as summer gets closer, but in the mean time, I am down to half.

We're taking in bankruptcy after bankruptcy. Clients now include, Large builders, real estate agents and brokers. Calls almost everyday asking if we're hiring.

From my perspective the economy sux for many.
