Especially when the people I have on my ignore list actually start a topic and I have no idea what it's about and therefore can't comment on it.

I'm also dying to know if they are saying anything about me!!!

You're not gonna tell her about that one thread that calls her *********** ?

Why bother putting people on ignore. Simply don't respond to threads that you think are stupid or offensive.

Sometimes you have to put MFM on ignore just so you can enjoy the thread without all of his stupidity. Same thing with Marty.

Just don't make the same mistake Martin did. He put himself on ignore and had to seek help getting out of it. :p

Its great because the threads are so uncluttered now. If he writes anything of substance, then someone will quote him and respond, and I can read his post that way. It's amazing how few these responses there actually are. An amazingly effective filter.
