Seems a pretty poor system, to have extra sentencing for such open phrases as 'horrible'

I wonder how they would rate the crimes of say an Enron, who ruined the lives of so many Americans? Or the drugs from China that killed so many? We tend to view individual crimes with sharper focus than corporate crimes.
