Being from Chicago area this really resonates with me. Total smoking, the mentioned foie gras ban, handgun ban, cell phone ban, etc.

No, its not about any poster....its about the present and future of the United States under the rule of Democrats........its about losing our freedoms....its about chipping away at the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights....

You mean the Patriot Act? :eek: Pretty sure that was passed under a Republican administration/Congress. :poke:

And by the way. This has nothing to do with "Libs" or the "Vast lib conspiracy" or any "libs trying to subvert our liberties." (By the way, notice you can't spell "liberty" without "lib." :eek:)

The Constitution clearly relegates all non-specified powers to the States. If you don't like the rules in your state, you can either move or become more active in the rule-making process. Whining, crying crocodile tears and b*tching about "libs" is about the most "head-in-ass" strategy you could take-on.

The GOP has been doing the same thing. FISA ring a bell? How about the Patriot Act?
