A woman who owns a small travel agency in Orange County has been one of my dad's clients for more than 20 years. She knows every trick and every last in and out of the business. We have used her many times before, but she outdid herself on our recently concluded vacation to show off my daughter.
She put together the following itinerary for us: Los Angeles to Washington DC; Washington to Munich (upgraded to business class); Munich to London; London to New York City (upgraded to first class); NYC to Pensacola (changed at the last minute); New Orleans to Dallas; Dallas to Los Angeles.
There is no substitute for an experienced travel agent. :D
