He's a great propagandist for the russians. He can't define war, it's a serious conflict. Except Georgia has formally declared war on russia. And he made sure to scare everybody with the nuke card.

There's a fact that the russians know as well as we do. If they use nukes we will respond with nukes, not just a few tactical nukes but and outright blow russia off the map response. They don't want that any more than we do. To say they will strike with nukes if we use precision weapons is silly, especially for a man who is suppose to be knowledgeable about this stuff. Precision weapons are for getting direct hits and reducing casualties.

Where do they dig these guys up?

All that rhetoric and he still got a shot in at Israel. Which has absolutely nothing to do with this war.
