As you can see Johnny Lib basically has to run the table on the tossup states to have any chance and as we can see from the latest polling Obama is ahead in most of those tossup states so really its a longshot but a great thing for conservatives, true conservatives because after 4 years of Obama we will never ever nominate a Rhino lib like ol' Johnny Lib.

If Obama is elected our country as we know it will die. We'll become a full fledged socialist nation, where a fully democratically controlled house and senate will be able to rewrite the constitution as they see fit.

Oh I don't know about rewriting the Constitution, sure there will be some fucked up liberal nonsense that will come out of that situation but its something we must bear to get conservatism back as the mainfocus of the Republican party.

Now, I got a question for you regarding the Congress.............what do you think is the reason that we've arrived at this juncture where Demos are gonna have a super majority there? Why after only 14 yrs, where Repubs took control of Congress, why were they booted out so quickly?

Because dems are gifted at lying to their constituents to get into office. And the conservative voter base was disgusted with their spending. Unfortunately their choice to not go to the polls on election day just hands victory to the dems. But I also believe in this day and age of instant gratification and the "what can my country give to me, not what can I give to my country" culture that our young people have been raised in,is shrinking the conservative base.

Well I think its a little of both, i'm not gonna be an RSR stooge party hack and say its all because Demos are lying sacks of shit, Repubs got alot of blame, they didn't live up to their contract with America crap and then they went and rubber stamped every little thing Bush wanted to spend cash on, basically they dug their own grave. Plus you gotta admit, there was a shitload of corruption amongst congressional Repubs the last 8 yrs or so..........not to mention Larry Craig for chrissakes.

your linked electoral map lists the following as swing states...
Nevada - Obama has led McCain in any poll only twice since March of 2008
Colorado - Obama led consistently from March through June....since then they have traded leads in nearly every poll that came out....Colorado faces a state referendum on an issue guaranteed to draw out a lot of conservative voters this November....too close to call but I suspect McCain will take it based on actual voters in November
Missouri - Obama has led in a poll only once since June....
Michigan - traditionally Democrat and Obama has led consistently.....Kilpatrick's situation may cause blacks to stay home, but I suspect that Obama will take Michigan
Ohio - trading leads almost every poll....too close to call and probably will be until election day
New Hampshire - traditionally Democrat though McCain has shown surprising strength there...I would be surprised it it went Republican
Virginia - has been a dead heat all summer....
Florida - Obama has only led twice since June.....

so, I would say it comes down to Virginia, Ohio and maybe Colorado....

now, Palin....I think her populist approach may cause Obama trouble in Iowa, Wisconsin and Minnesota.....it may also shake up Pennsylvania.....look for those to move toward swing states with future polls.....
