By Michelle Malkin • September 16, 2008 12:15 PM Remember Barack Obama’s attempt to silence TV stations running an independent ad by American Issues Project spotlighting The One’s ties to Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers? (link)

And remember the Obama campaign’s attempt to sic the Justice Department on the GOP donor behind the forbidden ad? (link)

A source sends the following report on DOJ’s public comments about Obama’s witch hunt. The comments were made September 12 and have not been reported yet by the MSM:

the letter is at her site..

If Ayers is such a criminal, why doesn't the Bush DoJ have him behind bars?

I believe its because Clinton pardoned him.

If Ayers is such a criminal, why doesn't the Bush DoJ have him behind bars?

Because the Carter DoJ had to drop the charges due to "misconduct" on behalf of the prosecutors.

Nice attempt at dodging though, I'm sure you thought it was real cute. You know just as well as I do that scumbags get off on technicalities all the time due to our justice system that favors criminals.

even you know the difference between simply being in the 'presence' of someone and being their friend/associate. are you telling me you would go to manson's house and have a fundraiser hosted by manson that kicked off your campaign? :poke:

I've been to Vacaville State Penn where (last I heard Manson called home) while he was there, psycho. Can I ask if that is where you were "in his presence" and if so... why were you (and how long) were you there? :laugh2:

Its quite clear here that the Obamaphiles don't want to face the truth. Obama and Ayers were close friends, they both considered themselves the sons of socialism and brothers fighting for the same cause.

I have no links..I asked a question, which you avoided answering. and you have no way of saying that pretty much any group of people feels anything barring some sweeping polling data which you certainly would have posted had you had it. And for you to continue to call him my messiah is an insult to me which I hope you will stop soon. You know full well who MY messiah is and it sure as hell ain't the senator from Illinois.

Not opinion - fact

Obama is not guilty by association. He is guilty by participation

Ayers, like Wright and Rezko, are his friends. He sought out their help and political influence

not surprisingly you whine when others may or may not pass off opinion as fact, yet you have no problem doing it. it is not truth, is your opinion and in reality a entirely wrong opinion.

you fail to realize that a person can see admirable attributes in someone and still hate them. you are trying very hard to prove your opinion is right, however, you will constantly fail as it is your hatred of me that causes you to continue claiming i hate obama because i do not support his candidacy, his ideals, his church or his racist talk.

face it mfm, you only say it to piss me off. it ain't working, might want to move on...

I don't say it to piss you off. I say it because I believe it is true. You kept saying that Obama was my messiah...I called you on it, and, in return, you challenged me to be critical of him. I was. I notice you acted particularly weasel-like and avoided my similar challenge. Maybe you might want to face the reality you try so desperately to avoid.

weasel? LOL, i told you i would not say he is your messiah, i have abided by that. your challenge is wrong and proves nothing. my challenge made sense, i believed you thought him perfect politically, hence messiah, since you gave 3 imperfect things, i feel it fair enough to stop saying that.

Funny, over and over again you point out by what you write that he's correct. It's only in your defensive rants that you act as if the US is anywhere in the top 5. Seriously, while you managed to come up with 3 things that you find fault with regarding Obama, you ignore how his inexperience at the least, his outright disdain for the country as it is at worse puts it in jeopardy. But that doesn't matter, you have to be right about Iraq, even if today you can see daylight there, which you know you do. For that reason alone, which is about you, not the US, you will go strait Democrat. It's you and that's that.

I have NEVER heard one word of disdain for America from Barack Obama. And I think experience is overrated and judgment and vision are underrated.

And I am right about Iraq. It was the wrong war to fight and it has set us back in our war against Islamic extremists...because we have been bogged down in Iraq, OBL is still alive and well, and by all reports, pretty much right about where he was when Dubya lost interest in him over six years ago. I never had much doubt that we would prevail militarily in Iraq and NOTHING that has gone on since our invasion/conquest/occupation has given me any reason to believe that sunnis and shiites don't still hate one another there and that the sunnis will be summarily marginalized the minute we leave and that the shiite government will align itself with Iran...for those reasons, our invasion of Iraq will ALWAYS be a stupid move, regardless of our military success with our overwhelming military advantage there.

And look...the democratic party stands for some things...the republican party stands for some things. People - patriotic people who dearly love their country - become democrats or republicans because they DEEPLY BELIEVE that the things their party stands for are the BEST things for their country. WHy is it so completely hard for you all to wrap your brains around that concept? I LOVE my country. I think that the very very best thing that could ever happen to America is for the platform of the democratic party to be adopted in total. That is not putting my party before my country...it is a fervent belief that my party is the best thing FOR my country. I became a democrat because I love being an American. I did NOT become an American because I love being a democrat.

I grade you on the totality of your posts, in this thread and in others....
Your words have painted a picture over the years and one or even two posts claiming you're something other than what that picture clearly shows me is just not quite adequate...
You love your country but have practically nothing good to say about it....you view everything from the far left and it skews your reasoning....
You and yours chip away at Constitution at every opportunity....its like death by a thousand cuts....and I admit you're making progress...

You are over whelmed with the Iraq war....still claim Bush lied and ignore what the Dims preached for 6 or 7 years previous to Bush....
And please, keep that bs about the Dims not talking about invading to yourself....we both know thats nonsense....
Clinton's aim was to overthrow Saddam...they ALL said in no uncertain terms he HAD WMD IN HIS POSSESSION and warned of his imminent danger to the US.....thats just fact....
Clinton launched missiles and ran air attacks against Iraqi assets for years...

You claim your "boy" Obama is clean and thats crap...he associated with a known, unrepentant, anti-American terrorist.... funny money there too.....
He accepted money form Fanny and Freddie and is up to his eyeballs in this present banking scandle...
He has NO accomplishments in his VERY SHORT time in the Senate....signing your name to someones bill is not an accomplishment...
He supported an openly racist Church and exposed his children to his hate filled preachers words....they were (ARE) personal friends...

I could go on, but you get the picture.....You don't love this country...
you love what this country might become if Dems control the government..socialist..:fu:
