First TV preacher I ever saw. My parents used to love him. How can you not love someone who composed a song called "Kill A PissAnt For Jesus"?
I came across this video that encompasses all that Dr. Gene was about. Which was money. If you watched his network (he was on 24/7), you were supposed to support him.
Dr. Gene died in 2005. A very sad day in my life.

I can't help but believe that Dr. Scott had just a bit more than tobacco in his cigars as he smoked them when he preached. He also had a good taste in fine wine and whiskey as evidenced during many of his sermons!!!!!!!!!!! What a character!!!!!!!!!!!
