It got a little too preachy for me. He sounds like he is trying to be Martin Luther King Jr.

When the crowd started chanting, it kind of reminded me of films I have seen of rallies from the late 1930's and early 1940's.

When all is said and done, Obama is a politician. His acceptance speech was vanilla. Everything he says between now and January will be vanilla. That is just what politicians do.

You and I have been reminded of the same thing.

Obama's cult of personality is downright scary.

Havent seen any bitterness.

And of course we have sour grapes and negative viewpoints. We are about to see the nation we love destroyed, possibly past the point of no return.

The Supreme Court may be destroyed for generations. The Coal industry may be destroyed. Union thugs will be allowed to pressure people to unionize. Drilling won't happen. Illegals will likely get amnesty. And we are all in for a major tax hike.

What the hell do we have to be upset about?

And what happens when he finally gets the power he craves?

That speech was as insincere as all the rest of his campaign speeches, he can't help himself, he's still campaigning. I am going to not listen to him again, he's more full of shit than any politician before him, his attempts to channel that jerk MLK makes me literally ill. This is a Harvard professor that talks like a dime store preacher, I am ashamed of my country for allowing this clown into the White House, he isn't good enough to visit.

Gee, close to a billion dollars, trillions in bullshit promises that can't possibly be kept and serious cheating and lies to beat a 73 year old with 100 million, how impressive.

It was a fine speech, well crafted and well delivered. It augurs well.

You spelled it out real good there. And yes it was Michelle Obama that was never proud of her country. Well, this morning it's me that isn't proud of my country. People think Bush messed up the country. Just wait. It's about to get a whole lot worse, and America asked for it.

Oh don't worry..we are going to "GET CHANGE".

and it ain't going to be pretty..

over at the Huffington post, they already have articles on how the environmentalist can take over, how they can implement Socialism, how they can stick it to those who don't agree with them..http://www.huffingtonpost.com/dave-johnson/mandate-for-socialism_b_141343.html

a change is a coming..

Two questions from the acceptance speech:

1)He said we are going to remake the country, Into what?
2)He said we may not make it "there" in one year or even at the end of one term. Where the hell is he planning to take us?

Cause he is speaking in general terms and hasnt told us what he wants to do. Why do we need to remake our country? It was made right the first time.

Same questions I was asking during that campaign speech last night, what are the sweeping changes HE wants to make in our country?
