That was a really interesting read.

The one thing that helps me is realizing that most of the time, the things that bother me about other people are usually negative traits I have, too. We view others through a complicated mirror. If I can figure out why someone is bothering me, I can often figure out who has the real problem, and it's not always the "other person".

I've thought about this more and more lately. But I always get sidetracked when I want to actually take the time to write my thoughts out.
