IEDs are one of the top threats to our troops in Iraq, often more dangerous than the insurgents themselves. A dear friend of mine is stationed near Baghdad and recently asked me to try to collect old stuffed animals and toys to send to her unit for distribution among the local children. If you have any old toys or stuffed animals you no longer need or want, please contact me and we can figure out a convenient pick-up.
