YOU do realize that after the suspension is over they can very well go RIGHT BACK TO PROSECUTING these terrorist like the previous admin has done.

YOU seem to be under the impression that it is ALL OVER, try reading comprehension they are investigating and evaluating the course of action to be taken.

It would not surprise me one bit if they came to the EXACT same conclusion as the previous admin on what to do with these TERRORIST

What exactly does this do for the advancement of justice?

It extends the accused time in Gitmo by at least 120-days. At least when he was being tried he had a chance to prove his innocence. Now he just spends 120 more days behind bars awaiting his fate.

I'm not sure whether you are saying this is a good thing or not, Gabby?

So you guys whine about the Gitmo detainers not getting trials. and now that they get them the first thing Obama does when he gets in is to stop them from happening.

Am I the only one seeing the cognitive dissodence here?

When you elect a man that is friends with terrorists what else do you expect?

How nice that he's finally being "honest" about showing us where his true loyalties rest.

God help us.
