I wonder how many more times he could have used the made up world, "phrasology" in the interview?

Wow, reid just looks like a complete ass in this interview. Yeah, it's voluntary, unless you don't volunteer to pay it, then they hit you with wage garnishments until your "voluntary" back taxes are paid off.

What an idiot. Its voluntary but some people cheat on their taxes.

I guess its voluntary because you volunteer to work and don't make enough money to avail yourself of all the so called loopholes voluntarily.

Welcome to the board. I think the reason for that is that he's not used to actually having to give full, non-rhetoric answers. I mean think about it, any time they are on the news, lib or con station, they never really get gone after for their answers, and nor are they really asked any tough questions.
