I thought it might be a good idea to survey the members now, before the onslaught of 2009, 2010, and 2011 on our civil liberties just to see what we alll think will be next and in what order of precedence our Socialist government will place each objective.


I'm certain we all agree that eventually we will lose the following:

The right to carry a gun upon proper licensing, and possibly to have a gun in our home and maybe to own a gun at all.

We will be forced to hear dissenting opinions from views aired on our favorite radio shows, despite the fact that we are not the slightest bit interested in what these opinions are. Obviously, as any idiot knows, this effort will be to directly disrupt the beliefs of conservative values and opinions, at the point of a government gun. Businesses who do not conform will be fined or put out of business, just like in Russia and the old USSR, China,... etc,...

Our tax dollars will be taken from us to support the activities of irresponsible persons who manage our corporations poorly, conspire with unethical politicians who are gay..... I mean dishonest, all at the Congessional insistance of government. Oops! I'm late on that one, it happened day before yesterday... sorry!

We will no longer be allowed by law to display any anti-government material on our cars, tee-shirts or houses. Especially not about our Supreme Leader, the man whose portrait will no doubt appear on the one euro note! If, God forbid, a talk show host is bracent enough to mention a dissenting opinion on air about how our government is being ran, he or she will be chastized in the very halls of our Government and maybe even arrested if he does it after the law is changed, which it no doubt will be.

The Democratic (future Socialist Party) will change their view on the death penalty, as it will become apparent to them that people who do not conform to the new order are treasonists and deserve to be eliminated. This will take place within days all Republicans are forcefully removed from the Senate and House in accordance with New Order regulations, passed by an easy 60 votes in the Senate, to eliminate these nuisances so business can be performed without their needless disruptions and filabustering which takes from the organized orchestration of doing the business of the people of thew United Socialist States of America. Of course, the Supreme Leader will lay a stroke of the pen on it as enclosed in the bill will be a clause eliminating presidential term limits and declaring him the aforementioned.... "Supreme Leader".

Fox News will somehow, probably through their cable network or XM radio affiliates, be determined to be guilty of treason for continuing to offer opinions by known radical anti-American trouble makers. Other News agencies will be totally on board with the New Order (oops.... late again, that has already happened), and will be conglomerated to form the US Government News Agency. It's first director, Charlie Gibson, will be sworn to uphold the high standards of presenting non biused news reporting that fully supports the United Socialist States of America, so help his life! Certainly by the time this happens we will no longer be swearing to that old tired philosophy that our country was founded on the principles of God having anything to do with it.

All Housing / Mortgages will be authorized by HUD. A minimum time requirement to have lived in government apartments will have to be adhered to however as resources will have been tapped very badly, with all the working population being jailed and all for being known radical republicans. Don't feel bad RSR, Libertarians will have been executed so I'll be long gone thank GOD!!!! I said Thank GOD!!!!!!!

Tent cities for the homeless will be limited to ten thousand in each district and may not be in areas larger than five acres to eliminate congestion. At these facilities, any person found to be wasting their shares of wheatmeal will be required to perform community service. Please return all unused wheatmeal portions to the recycle bin for others. Do not waste the people's resources!!!!

All persons who fail to have their government issued ID cards scanned at the evening Public viewing facilities will be fined 50 dollars for the first offense. A second offense will result in a weekend jail sentence in the Reprogramming facility closest to your assigned domicile.To eliminate cost, no court appearance will be necessary, the amopunt will simply be deducted from the monthly allotment credited to your account. Public Viewing of the government's evening message at local schools is necessary to maintain public discipline and assure that all citizens maintain a clear prospective. There will be three shows nightly, and only last thirty minutes so there is really no excuse to not attend.

All families will be limited to having only one female child. If you have a male child, you will be allowed to try again. Any family who shows up at one of the fine government Health Care facilities, pregnat with a second female will be held until birth, and the child shall be sent to the Civil Union Pool so as to allow the adoption of this child by another married American couple. The system will be modeled after the financial system, which will have led to the success of the New Order government. A baby taken from a selfish family and given to a needy family that can provide a nurturing, loving enviornment for the child to be raised in. It will have been positively proven that children raised in Civil Union families have a much higher success rate in adhereing to US Government policies and directives. Therefore, Civil Union couples, who are on the waiting list for "fertilized egg babies" who have not been matched, will be allowed to have one lottery drawing every two weeks at a chance to be blessed by one of these children. Nore information will be available at the Public Viewings in your area.

Any person found to have tampered with their US Government ID card will be fined one month rations allowance.

Any person known to be in possession or suspected to be in possession of anti-government material will be offered counseling in one of the government's fine Rehabilitation Facilities. Failure to pass the program will result in a 30 day confinement in a garden work camp which will be designed to influence the citizen in taking a new prospective when graciously offered a second chance to pass the program. A second failure will result in a one year confinement, of which the first thirty days will be hard labor and "progressively" allowed to advance back to the farming and garden division. A third failure will result in early termination.

All adults will be terminated on or before their sixty first birthday. The burden of having unproductive aging citizens all over the place is counter productive and a drag on the people's resources. The US Government is not a senior citizens home and certainly no one would want to be a burden on society. Appointed government represenatives and recognized citizens will be exempt from this regulation.

The Supreme Leader will appoint ALL State Represenatives and Senators. Since he has been chosen by a majority of the people, it is wise to allow this so as to eliminate the unjust expense of campagning. This will save billions of dollars of the citizens money thereby allowing more resources to be used on subsistance, housing and health care.

Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act. Provides that any person who owns a firearm in this State shall maintain a policy of liability insurance in the amount of at least $1,000,000 specifically covering any damages resulting from negligent or willful acts involving the use of such firearm while it is owned by such person. Provides that a person shall be deemed the owner of a firearm after the firearm is lost or stolen until such loss or theft is reported to the police department or sheriff of the jurisdiction in which the owner resides. Provides that the Department of State Police shall revoke and seize a Firearm Owner's Identification Card previously issued under this Act if the Department finds that the person to whom such card was issued possesses or acquires a firearm and does not submit evidence to the Department of State Police that he or she has been issued in his or her name a liability insurance policy in the amount of at least $1,000,000 specifically covering any damages resulting from negligent or willful acts involving the use of such firearm while it is owned by such person. Effective January 1, 2010.

Is there any insurance company that will issue a policy to cover me for when I deliberately murder the guy that's been sleeping with my wife, and his heirs sue me in civil court for pain and suffering, loss of income, etc.?

This law lays down conditions that can never be fulfilled. There never will be any such insurance policy available.

As such, it is a law that mandates complete disarmament of all citizens of the state of Illinois. With no exceptions.

When I see shit like this it makes me think the time is getting closer and closer....

That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

so, if I am from Michigan and I have a concealed weapon permit.....and I am on my way to Texas for vacation and have said weapon in the trunk of my car.......do I have to have insurance while driving through Illinois, since I am the owner of a firearm in Illinois?

There is something truly disturbing about the kind of politician generated in the state of Illinois, and particularly those who call Chicago home. No, I’m not talking about the widespread corruption that sends the elected officials of this state to prison with distressing regularity. I’m talking about the scathing distrust officials have for their citizens — and for the citizens of the rest of the United States.

At this moment, Barack Obama, our neophyte trillion-dollar president, includes as one of his [1] stated policy goals the reinstatement of the laughably ineffective Assault Weapons Ban amid other policies that are not only offensive to gun owners, but also [2] threaten the lives of police officers.

This, of course, is the same Barack Obama who sat on the board of the Joyce Foundation as they cynically attempted to corrupt Second Amendment scholarship, buying law reviews and establishing foundations with the express goal of [3] duping the justices of the Supreme Court of the United States. But Obama’s distrust of those bitter, clingy Americans you call friends and family is hardly unique, and seems to be something deeply ingrained in Illinois Democrats.

An Illinois state representative by the name of Kenneth Dunkin is introducing an even more draconian proposal than Obama’s policies, attempting to make it all but impossible for Illinois citizens to own firearms. It’s an insidious scheme which would force citizens to carry [4] at least $1 million in insurance to own a gun. The plan is being all but ignored in the media, the same media that would be verbally ripping Dunkin’s proposed legislation apart if he proposed that journalists have a million-dollar libel insurance policy before writing a story.

The kicker? There do not seem to be companies offering the kind of insurance Dunkin would require — something Dunkin presumably knew as he wrote his bill, since he is on the [5] Insurance Committee of the Illinois General Assembly. It seems that Dunkin’s plan is to attempt to trap Illinois gun owners in a [6] Catch-22 that would make it impossible for anyone in Illinois to legally own a gun because the insurance required doesn’t exist.....
