Coburn and McCain hit the Senate floor yesterday to wail about the wasteful spending in the Omnibus government funding bill now before the Senate... this is last years budget for selected government agencies that will operate the government from later this week through Sept. 30 of this year... in these hard times the House of Representatives have increased the funding by over 10% from the previous year funding that includes pork programs from both parties.
The fight to hold Obama accountable to end pork earmarks will renew today on CSPAN 2's coverage of the US Senate debate on the bill.
