Obama's take on the DIJ is further proof he does have a clue as to what he he is doing
Obama knows if the market drops every single day for an extended period of time it will cause public outrage. After bailing out every bank, automaker, and anyone else that asks, passing the largest spending bill in our history and then his latest budget raises taxes on those that create jobs. He has to spin the Dow drop somehow
