View Full Version : Dem attack machine in high gear: Send them your anti-Rush slogan!

The Democrat attack machine is concentrating on Rush Limbaugh this month. The White House has put together a team to denigrate and smear him, and the effects are showing up on Democrat websites.

One of them says they will put up a billboard near Limbaugh's home - an odd prediction, since the area Limbaugh lives in hasn't allowed billboards for years. Nonetheless, they have a website up now, asking people to submit slogans to be put on that billboard.

It's at http://www.democrats.org/page/s/submitslogan

They ask that you keep your slogans to ten words or less.

I've already submitted, "Hey, Rush! Attacking you is easier than being right!"

I wonder what I get if I win?

The more the dems attack rush, the more people start wondering why they're doing that, but not debating him face to face.

Got to love how they immediately ask you for money immediately following your submission. Too bad they can't get a bail out.

Bambam's administration is just doing what they said they'd do all along.

Attack all people who disagree with them.

They went after Joe the plummer in the same way. Rush just presents a more vocal target.

This is simply a way to distract the American people from what they arn't doing. The media is playing along.

Don't talk about how his "stimulus" isn't helping anymore than the 3 that Bush put through. Just keep slamming Rush in the hopes that the people won't notice.

It won't it will lead to another Carteresque presidency. Obama in a Sweater in the oval office telling us how we have a crisis in confidence, and how our best days are behind us and the only way for our country to succeed is to turn over control to the government.

2 down 46 to go.

If he is a nobody, why did the President have to call him out by name?

By your contention if Limbaugh is a nobody, then the President is less than a nobody right??? If not why call him out?

On Fox News Sunday, Chris Wallace purported to correct Gov. Tim Kaine's statement that Rush Limbaugh "has been saying that he wants the president to fail" by asserting that "Limbaugh says -- and I think if you read what he says, he wasn't saying, 'I want the president to fail' -- he was saying, 'I want his policies, his agenda to fail,' and that he disagreed with them and thought they were bad for America." In fact, Limbaugh has repeatedly said he wants President Obama to fail while also specifying that he wants Obama's policies to fail.

I'm not quite sure where your pulling this out of. Gotta source that has him saying anything remotely close to this??????

Look, I'm not a Limbaugh fan, haven't listened to him in over a decade.

Having said that. He has every right to wish Obama's policies fail, I hope the same thing. Obama should stop with the trillion dollar stimulus packages instead of letting Pelosi go on about "needing" another one.

Him saying "I hope Obama fails" and "I hope Obama's policies fail" are the same thing.
How many media talking heads said the same thing about Bush, while calling him an idiot and drawing him as a monkey???? Hint: Olberman.

Obama's plan to pull out the troops looks suspiciously like Bush's plan to pull out the troops.

Gotta link where Limbaugh states he wants our soldiers to die??????????? Any link will do......

I am.

He has every right to wish Obama's policies fail, I hope the same thing.
I don't.

I don't wish for Obama to put his policies in place and then see them fail. This would result in harm to my country, which I certainly don't want.

Rather, I hope Obama fails to put his policies in place, in the first place. I hope his calls for wealth transfer, "spreading the wealth areound", exploding government, and other trappings of socialism, fall on deaf ears, and that Congress never sends him the necessary bills to get it done. Unfortunately, Congress has already sent him some, and is gearing up to send him more of those.

At the same time, I hope Congress does send him bills to lift various Federal restrictions on business (large and small), and to cut or eliminate various taxes (capital gains taxes, death tax, income taxes), and that he does sign those.

I think that pigs will fly before that happens. But they would do the country a lot of good if they did semd Obama such bills and he signed them into law.

Do I hope Obama fails? In reference to his attempts to instill his socialistic policies, yes. As for his attempts (if any) to do things that will genuinely help the country, I hope he succeeds, and will laud and praise him if/when he does.

And do you know what? I'll bet you any sum you care to name, that Limbaugh wants exactly the same things I do.

It wouldn't be the first time he has agreed with me.

BTW, little jagger knows Limbaugh means that, too. He's just trying to convince people otherwise, in his usual attempts to destroy conservatives by lying about them. It's the same problem he always faces about conservatives: If he tells the truth about them, they look better and better. Only by telling lies, as he is doing here, can he make them look bad.

...his calls for wealth transfer, "spreading the wealth around." Ronald Reagan, one of our great Socialist Presidents, was a big advocate of income redistribution. Witness his signing of the Deficit Reduction Act of 1984, which increased the Earned Income Tax Credit, and his 1986 signing of a substantial expansion of the program. Reagan heralded the EITC as "the best anti-poverty, the best pro-family, the best job creation measure to come out of Congress."

Sean Hannity and Brian Kilmeade advanced the myth that 60 or more former Guantánamo Bay detainees are known to have, in Hannity's words, "gone back to the battlefield."

However, according to the Pentagon, only 18 former Guantánamo detainees have been "confirmed" to have "return[ed] to the fight," while an additional 43 former detainees are "suspected" of having done so. Even the Pentagon's "confirmed" figure has been questioned by analysts.
