I do at least that most days dmp, today I left GA at 12:30 pm and arrived in NJ at 11:30 pm , 784 miles, but as days go that is a relatively short one, the good paying days are up to NH. MA or somewhere in the new England states

AS for the can't sleep, walk for about a 1/2 hr then flip the tv on for a bit , your body has to wind down

6 hrs is my limit on the road..I was spoiled with 5 1/2 hrs trips coast to coast by air.

1. Turn the Computer off
2. Turn out the lights
3. Get in bed.
4. Close your eyes.
5. Focus on your breathing. Watch your inhale and exhale. focus on that and only that.
6. Fall asleep soon after.

Yeah, but Latrobe is the home of Rolling Rock, well it was until they were bought by Anheuser/Bush...

On second thought, I hate Budweiser, fuck Rolling Rock.

Latrobe is Arnold Palmer's home town, see if you can play a round with him.

One suggestion for your trip back, go see Fallingwater, Frank Lloyd Wright's masterpiece, it's in southern Pennsylvania. One of the finest pieces of architecture I have ever seen. This sight has all the info you could need. I can't recommend this enough! Bring your camera!
