Sorry bout that,

1. Just came across this link.
2. http://news.sky.com/skynews/Home/World-News/Missing-Link-Scientists-In-New-York-Unveil-Fossil-Of-Lemur-Monkey-Hailed-As-Mans-Earliest-Ancestor/Article/200905315284582?lpos=World_News_Carousel_Region_0&lid=ARTICLE_15284582_Missing_Link%3A_Scientists_In _New_York_Unveil_Fossil_Of_Lemur_Monkey_Hailed_As_ Mans_Earliest_Ancestor
3. Seems they got this wrong again.
4. Wild eyed claims they've made.
5. Anyway, they've found some sort of monkey.
6. Making claims its a missing link.
7. Last I checked, man never had or has a tail.

I agree that the hype about it being the missing pink is pretty balls, and somewhat undermines the whole discovery. However your claim that humans do not have tails is wrong, and estimated 12million humans have a hairless extension to their spine, thus a 'tail'

Sorry I can't auote from the webpage as I'm on my phone but here's a link

No, no you couldn't. Unless you had a really messed up nose.
It's just like webbed feet, or having 6 toes, most humans don't, but some do.

Sorry bout that,

1. In my minds eye, I can't see man with tails.
2. Thou to a degree it may happen.
3. But if man ever had a working tail, and it being normal, then why would it ever been done away with?
4. A tail could be like a third hand.
5. Its uses would be endless.
6. I think humans with a real tail is far fetched at best.
7. Humans with tails is something seen on descriptions of demons and the devil.
8. Perhaps thats where the tail has its roots on the demon spirits, and fallen angels, more than in reality of human beings.
9. But why does the devil need a tail?
10. That in itself is very interesting.

If you concur that humans may have had tails then you must concede your "man never had a tail" claim could be wrong.

As for why it would be done away with, who knows, maybe we only needed 2 hands, what makes the idea of early human creatures having tales farfetched? i mean, it has been shown that it is physically possible, what more would be needed to say that we may of had them at one point? and as i showed, 12 million people right now have,

what makes the idea of early human creatures having tales farfetched?

nothing at all...after all, what do we naturally do around a campfire once all the Hershey bars are gone.....

I think, however, that Chess's point is this....since the theory of evolution favors those creatures better equipped to survive, wouldn't you rationally expect that said early human with a tail would have been more apt to survive than one without?

by the way, you are wrong about this being a vestigal tail....it is actually a vestigal second penis.....and proves that early humans were equipped to have twice as much fun......

Sorry bout that,

1. I lean towards freak of nature, not an actual usable tail.
2. Not on humans anyways.
3. Some monkeys who have tails can swing on tree's with it.
4. I don't believe ever a person was able to do that.

So you are a freak of nature who never gets any tail. We share your sadness. Since you are constantly injecting sex and the quantity of such into intellectual discussions I can only conclude that your twat is bigger than your brain.

why?.....the tail on my son's dog doesn't bother me......the tail on an elephant doesn't bother me.....tail's on rattlesnakes are a little creepy, but not enough to make me afraid.....
