Cute rhetoric, but the devil's in the details, as usual.

.) If a guy walks into a restaurant and blows away half a dozen people, you will NOT obey an order to disarm him?

.) Will you obey an order to field-execute same as a spy and/or traitor?

.) Might be news to you, but we have been under an officially-declared "State of Emergency" nationwide, since March 1933. Plus a bunch more overlapping ones imposed at later dates. And you've been obeying them ever since.

.) Even if that nifty sovereign state lobs a nuke our way?

.) Declaring you won't obey an order that has never been given and for which there's no sign it will ever be given, can get long and boring. There are countless such non-orders. Going to detail every one of them?

.) See # 6 above.

.) Good. If our government invited them in for that purpose, does that make it any less an invasion?

.) See #1 above.

.) You (whoever you are, you never specified) have been doing exactly this for years, starting around the time of the American Civil War. When were you thinking of stopping?

Those are just a few examples, of course, there are countless more. You can always find strident, fist-in-the-air declarations like this, they are cheap and easy to write. Especially when the writer doesn't bother to think very hard before picking up the pen.
