Stoning is a form of capital punishment in countries like Saudi Arabia. Only it isn't done exactly like the old days with a crowd throwing stones. They'll just have the woman in a pit, the imam or mullah or whoever will throw a stone at her and leave, then a dumptruck will dump a ton of gravel into the pit.
