Obama's military at least wears camo tops in lieu of customary "brown shirts" of bygone era....

Those are cops, the guy was arrested for vandalism.

Yeah, it definately looked staged, but from your link:


Update IV: Stephen Gutowski gets confirmation from the G-20 Joint Information Center that the men clad in camouflage fatigues are police officers, and that the man was arrested for vandalism.

When I saw the video, I did a Google search and HotAir is where I wound up. If it was anything but an arrest, Malkin would have on it like white on rice.
