1. But Ex-Pres Estrada was convicted of graft, spent time in house arrest.
2. Was pardoned after many years.
3. And then gets back into politics to run for President again.
4. This gives him the, CWN, *Biggest Balls Award* for all Asia.
5. Will he win?
