I came across the story about the King Nebuchadnezzar and him wanting everyone to worship an idol of gold and then the 3 guys who got thrown in the furnace for refusing to worship the kings idol, and then I wondered if other religions besides the christian bible tells the same story about him being an idol worshipper, I couldnt find anything really, except some science explanation that the king had syphillis and hallucinated and the fiery furnace story might have not been real, I dont know how they would know that since it was so long ago. Anybody know if other religions have a similiar or different twist on the story?
