In the world of liberals, truth and facts do not matter if they get in the way of their agenda

So the nature of the lies and the admission of fixing the numbers is not important? We have a serious environmental crisis and thats been proven? Its been proven with fixed numbers apparently. Doesn't that unprove it?

Nothing to see here. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain. The great Oz has spoken!!

Barbara Boxer wants Congress to look at the emails

Not the content of course - but who dared to leak them

Boxer: Hackers should face criminal probe over 'Climategate'
By Michael O'Brien - 12/02/09 03:26 PM ET
Leaked e-mails allegedly undermining climate change science should be treated as a criminal matter, Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.) said Wednesday afternoon.

Boxer, the top Democrat on the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, said that the recently released e-mails, showing scientists allegedly overstating the case for climate change, should be treated as a crime.

"You call it 'Climategate'; I call it 'E-mail-theft-gate,'" she said during a committee meeting. "Whatever it is, the main issue is, Are we facing global warming or are we not? I'm looking at these e-mails, that, even though they were stolen, are now out in the public."
The e-mails, from scientists at the University of East Anglia, were obtained through hacking. The messages showed the director of the university's Climate Research Unit discussing ways to strengthen the unit's case for global warming. Climate change skeptics have seized on the e-mails, arguing that they demonstrate manipulation in environmental science.

Boxer said her committee may hold hearings into the matter as its top Republican, Sen. James Inhofe (Okla.), has asked for, but that a criminal probe would be part of any such hearings.

"We may well have a hearing on this, we may not. We may have a briefing for senators, we may not," Boxer said. "Part of our looking at this will be looking at a criminal activity which could have well been coordinated.

"This is a crime," Boxer said.

I do not recall Ms Boxer being this upset when the liberal media was leaking CLASSIFIED documents during the Bush years

MSNBC - ClimateGate Scientists Being "Swiftboated"

PMSNBC has been carefully mis-defining "Swiftboating" for a long time now, of course, and looks to be keeping it up.

"Swiftboating" is the act of producing eyewitnesses and other valid facts and references, to disprove the lies of someone who has been trying to profit by them. It was famously done to John Kerry, who tried to assert that his brief service in Vietnam was filled with glory, bravery, courage, and good judgement; and that he therefore should become President in 2004. His opponents dredged up literally hundreds of people who served with or around him, who gave markedly different accounts of his actions, the causes of his "injuries", and his general attitude during that time. Kerry was unable to refute the vast majority of that testimony.

After enough time had gone by, the Kerry backers tried to say that the witnesses had lied wholesale, that their hundreds o pages of testimony were all false, etc. etc. the usual smokescreens. But no proof of such wholesale "lies" was ever produced. The more fanatical of his supporters still try to maintain their stories to this day, again without ever proving much of anything.

Now PMSNBC seems to be trying it again, pretending that (a) "Swiftboating" means telling lies about someone, and (b) the "scientists" are being lied about. Neither is true, of course - the "scientists" are damned by their own words in their own emails. All the publishers are doing, is pointing out exactly what the "scientists" wrote in their own emails to each other. It's significant that not a single "scientist" has said, "That email they claim is from me, is a forgery, I never wrote that, never said it, etc.". Not a single one has made such a protest.

The lies of the left roll on. In a way that's a good thing: The more of their lies are brought to light, the more the American people will realize they are not fit to run a lemonade stand, much less govern a nation.

Keep in mind that swiftboating means that people tell the truth about what you did and said.

Im quite surprised MSNBC is willing to admit that those scientist created a hoax. It's not like them to be accurate in their facts.
