3 more craps jump Osma's sinking Titanic with retirement

Taken together, the decisions by Dodd of Connecticut and Byron Dorgan of North Dakota as well as Colorado Governor Bill Ritter caused another bout of heartburn for Democrats as they struggle to defend themselves in a sour political environment for incumbents, particularly the party in charge.

This situation reminds me of a passage from Scripture (Matthew 3:7) where John the Baptist reprimands the Pharisees...

"O ye brood of vipers, who hast warned you of the wrath to come?"

Well, their constituents for starters...

Better to bail now instead of wail later

And President Barak O-butthead, your number is coming up sooner than you think.

It's too bad that the only thing we can do to these animals is vote them out of office. Personally, I'd like to see some of them tried for crimes... but then, I wish I had a million dollars.

I still say we could see created chaos that would open the door for matial
law and see "him" wrangle a Chavez type position for himself and his minions...
the ones who arent already running for their lives.

I hope we do have a '10 midterm election but Im not holding my breath.
I dont think there is anything they wont do...nothing at all.

Not enough yet!:slap:

I heard someone say there is an anti-incumbent movement brewing..........I do believe I helped start this when I attended my local tea party on April 15th!!! Not only did I get up on a picnic table and insist on saying the Pledge of Allegiance, I said I would not be voting for any more incumbents. :salute:

If they refuse to impose term limits, then we, the people, will impose them. No more political lifers.

Hmmm...that's 2 Democratic Senators to the 6 Republican Senators that are "jumping ship". 10 democratic Representatives to 14 Republicans in the House, and 3 Democratic governors to 4 Republicans...5 if you count Caribou Barbie who quit in the middle of her first term as governor.

Considering that Democrats have to be dragged kicking and screaming from office, even after getting caught with a ton of cash in their freezer....

Chimpy Obama is a dismal failure for your Party.
