After a loooong day on the phones, and dealing with many grumpy people, I was driving home with the music blaring

The roads were pretty much deserted, and I was not paying attention to my speed as I should have

When I crossed the MD/PA border out from the side of the road after the overpass came the red and blue lights of a Police car

I pulled over, and watched a PA State Trooper got of his car and come towards me. He stopped and looked for a about 15 seconds at the back of my car. I was wondering what he was doing if I had lost my tag or something

He came up and told me if I had any idea why he had pulled me over. I told him no. He replied he clocked my ar 75 in a 65 miles zone. I told him I did not realize I was going that fact, and I was sorry

He took my license and registration and went back to his car. He stopped again and looked at the back of my car. He went around to the other side and stood there for a moment

After about 7 minutes he exited his car, with his ticket book, and I was thinking how much this was going to cost me. He gave me back my license, registration, and told me he was giving me a warning ticket

He was giving me a warning only, no fine and no points, for 2 reasons. My driving record was clean and he loved the bumper stickers I had on my car

I said thank you and asked him which one he liked the best

The Police officier said he liked 2 of them the best

Obama

He told to slow down, the next time he would not be so lenient

Damn, am I glad I have those bumper stickers, and it was a conservative Police Officer who stopped me

If it was a liberal Police Officer, I may be posting here begging for bail money

Yes I was lucky

My car is a rolling anti Obama billboard

At work I try to park next to a SUV with a "Obama/Biden" bumper sticker :laugh2:

My husband was stopped by a police officer a few years back. He has never had a ticket, so he was wondering.
The cop wanted to know where he got the "BUllSHit" bumper sticker that was on MY car.

May not have been mine Jeff. Next time you are up here, and see a car that fits the description - call me and we will see

But I have gotten many "hand signals" from drivers with Obama stickers on their car :laugh2:
