So who at NBC thought it would be a good idea for the special today to be, among other things, fried chicken, “in honor of Black History Month”?

Is food racist?

Who exactly wrote that menu? Any chance that a black person is in charge of the cafeteria wanted to do that special because they like that food.

Are people being racists when they eat corn beef and cabbage on St Patricks day?

Actually the menu is rather good

I would bet the farm that if Fox News would have offered the same menu, NBC (led by the folks at MSNBC) would be running what a racist stunt Fox News was commiting during Black History Month

The guidelines of Political Correctness demands that we abide by it's very strict rules and standards to avoid being labled a racist or insensative.

We must consider every word, action and decision to assure ourselves we are conforming and be prepared to accuse and attack anyone who does not.

There is no need to make political correctness the law...We are so well indoctrinated and programmed that we police ourselves...Wake up before it's too late.

It may come out that Harry Reid selected the menu to show his continued support for Pres Obama, how he is not a racist, and how he took no offense to Obama bashing the city of Las Vegas
