Last night my daughter and boyfriend invited my live at home son and myself to dinner. Quite a nice Asian infusion restaurant. They wanted to show off their apartment, very nice. My other son and girlfriend came for dessert and then we played Wii racing and Wii Cranium for a few hours. Really nice.

This morning was just very pretty, got some cleaning done, visited with friend, ran to store to get snacks for 'the game.' On the way home, without hearing aids, thought I heard a 'watch' regarding global warming heading our way.

Got home, checked, sure enough:

Sounds like you had a nice evening out. My kids love the Wii...they play at my brothers quite a bit...bowling seems to be the favorite. Was planning on taking my daughter to the movies in about an hour...just looked outside and it is snowing pretty good right now. Wonder what the roads will be like after the movie lets out. We just might end up with a snow day tomorrow also.

BTW what is an Asian infusion restaurant like?

Wow..that's a big menu. I think we do have an Asian fusion restaurant here, now that I look at the menu. It's called PF Changs...I haven't been to the one in ABQ. But when I lived in California I went to the one in San Diego when my cousin and her husband came to visit once. I remember eating lettuce wraps there, and some very spicy scallops. Very good food.

PF Changs is good. A little pricey, but good.

All in all a really great weekend. I think I'm finally calming down from the flood and disappointment of the holidays. The idea of a snow day is so appealing, it's like buying a lottery ticket Friday afternoon and waiting for the drawing Saturday night. Before the loss, the possibilities are endless. ;)
