Nothing to get excited about, and probably more bad for the board than good. It might look good for statistical reasons, but most likely a "bot" of the same IP address or similar addresses skimming the board for email addresses or hitting the board for what they call "referrer spam". Unless you see many members joining with that many visitors it is pretty much useless. :(
