Not exactly a warm reception from the crowd - and what a lousy pitch

But hey when you are a rock star who cares, and if he gave a damn what the crowd thought of him he wouldn't of pushed his health care plan down there throats,

It is a real shame how some abuse the power given to them by the mentally challenged

I would say he throws like a girl but that would be an insult women, I know plenty that could put it across the plate with some actual heat. This guy is suppose to be an athlete!??

I guess I'll have to bring out the outstanding post I received in an email the last time he did this.

I'm a girl who played softball and so did my daughter and IT IS an insult to us! LOL!!

One of my step sons went through college on baseball scholarship as a pitcher so I've watched a lot of baseball over the years. This is down right embarassing. When the catcher languidly stands up to catch the ball you know the pitch is a wussy one.

Guess he better stick to speeches and basketball....no, wait, even his speeches are embarassing.

Obama should have brought Michelle and her throw out the first pitch. She probably throws more like a man then he does :laugh2:

I have seen girls throw the ball over the plate.

Anyone notice Obama wears a Chicago Whote Sox hat to throw out the first pitch for the Nationals?

Actually, its the only thing he's never flopped on. He's pretended to like the White Sox through out and hasn't wavered from that. So can't fault him there. But that wet noodle arm is a joke. Sigh, how hard is it to throw a ball over the plate.

As an American, I'm embarrassed. Sorry ladies but he throws like a girl.

His muslim brothers are probably even embarrassed, they throw rocks more manly than that.

The liberal media is in full spin mode over Obama's lame pitch

CBS got a plug for Obamacare in while talking about the lame toss

and Howard Fineman of Weaknews called Obama's toss a looping, carefully lofty first pitch

Obama, the Nationals, and the Politics of Opening Day
Howard Fineman

Your Gaggler is here at sunny Nationals Park in Washington, D.C., on Opening Day, where President Obama threw out a looping, carefully lofty first pitch, and the world-class Philadelphia Phillies are easily dismantling the capital city's (still) hapless home team.

Politically, the key moments were obvious enough. When the giant scoreboard showed a video cavalcade of presidents throwing out the first pitch—all the way back to William Howard Taft—there were lusty boos the instant George W. Bush showed up on the screen. My sense was that it was mostly fans of the Nationals. Then, when Obama strode out to the mound—wearing a red Nationals jacket—there were lots of cheers but also lots of boos. My sense was that it was mostly Phillies fans (and there were a lot of them in the park).

Hey with the Geico logo in the background, they can make a commercial.

"Can Geico really save you 15% on car insurance in 15 minutes? Does Barack Obama throw like a girl?"

Yea, they could bring the cavemen into it, "even a caveman could throw better than that!". Hell, they could have the gecco throw it better.:laugh2:
