I am talking to my almost 14 year old on the phone about school and what things he has been doing and how him and his father are getting along......

The conversation goes like this......

William - I have something to tell you

Me - (oh shit tone) What?

William - well there's this girl I really like......

Me (oh shit tone) and?

William - well a couple of weeks ago we ummm did something and ummm I didn't wrap it...........

Me - (extremely irritated tone) and??????

William - well she's pregnant.........

Me - (In my I have just completely flipped out and if I could reach through the phone, this child would be strangled right now) ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!!! WILLIAM HOW MANY TIMES HAVE WE HAD THIS CONVERSATION AND YOU DID NOT USE PROTECTION?????!!!!!! AND YOUR ONLY 13!!!! WHAT WERE YOU THINKING???!!!!! (I was very near tears at this point)

William - APRIL FOOL"S

Me - THAT WAS NOT FUNNY AND IT"S NOT APRIL FOOL"S DAY YET!!!!!

Me- (thinking - oh thank god!!!!)
