I got kicked out of a meetup group, for asking people for rides via pm, and on the board when I registered yes.

Also, I pmed some women to say hello, and try to get to know them, but apparently that is frowned upon too

Can you help me write my bio:

should I say I have aspergers?

should I say I need rides to and from all, most, or some events?

what in the world should I say?

I want people to accept me for who I am or fuck off :laugh2:

Is it ok to have a goofy or silly name? like donkeylovestheprincess

Why are some people so weird, I dont think im the one without social skills

why cant people be more nice and tolerant.

whats wrong with introducting yourself with a woman?

I was thinking about talking about my feelings on marriage, kids, living together

about my aspergers.

I trust you guys, and this is the only place I will share this

Post what you have so we can see what you said.

As for the name... use the one you have here.

two ideas for bio. Cant use the name actnoblemartin, they banned it for a difference of opinion i.e. rant but i can use actsnoblemartin01

01 for when i met the princess :salute:

here is the bio #1

I'm a socially awkward donkey with mild autism (aspergers) that means I have problems reading non-verbal communication, making/keeping friends, and understanding social norms. Please accept me as i am or get lost :)

here is bio #2

I am child-free, Marriage-Free, & Live Single by choice. I Have aspergers syndome, (mild autism), so I have trouble with social norms, & cues. I dont own a car, so I do ask for rides to & from meetup events. Please accept me as I am, or get lost :)"

Martin, I think I can say with certainty, that you should drop the "get lost" part.

It looks like there are all kinds of groups on the site, Martian.
What "type" group are you trying to join?

Another thing I noticed was: These folks meet with folks of like minded interests they don't seem to provide transportation.

but if asked, and they can, should they not? :poke:

Gotta agree drop the "or get lost"

How about just put, single and looking for friendship. There is no reason to put the your are child-free and marriage-free at this point.

If you meet someone and things progress you can explain that you don't want children, although you need to understand that this very well might be a deal breaker for the woman.

There is no reason to lay it all on the table all at once, it might scare people off.
