Remember when Dems demanded people to show their ID BEFORE they could enter a Town Hall event, or even ask a question?

Damn, Dems hold their constituents to a higher standard then they hold illegals

Of course Dems do not think it is necessary for people to show an ID to VOTE!!!

Here is another Dem who demanded to see his constituent's papers

Liberals home from Washington D.C. for the August recess are desperate to avoid answering hard questions about why they support an unconstitutional government takeover of health care.

Some have decided to hold town hall meetings only by safe teleconferences where they can manage the setting…and perhaps suffer a “technical glitch” if the questions get too tough.

Others are keeping their normally publicized appearance schedule tight under wraps.

But one Texas Democrat has come up with a more aggressive solution for controlling unruly serfs.

From The Hill:

A Texas congressman, worried about disruptions at his town halls, wants to weed out people who want to attend but don’t live in his district.

Rep. Gene Green (D-Texas) has announced on his website that he will require attendees to show photo identification to get into his town halls to prove that they’re his constituents. He said that he’s doing so in response to a “coordinated effort to disrupt our town hall meetings.”

He’s going to be pretty disappointed when he finds virtually all of these people are from his district. He’ll be even more disappointed when he learns how ticked off his constituents will be to have their papers demanded like travelers in Nazi Germany.

That's different, though.

Don't ask me how....

But the sound of silence, from the Left, was deafening.
