ive been feeling depressed lately

It happens to most of us, Martin. Hang in there, things should look up soon.
In the meantime, I find Psalm 139 to be comforting when I feel disconnected and down. It's good to know He is there.

Martin, if Dragon is correct, and this is about love, don't sweat it! Love will be killing you and making you feel warm all over till the end of time. It can be the best thing ever and tear your heart out the next minute. Do what I always do when love gets me down - go to a Go Go bar - beer and boobs always makes problems go away, even if temporarily!

Martin I know the feeling I get quite depressed for weeks and then I get better, I don't know why. I hope your feeling better soon though.

Go for a walk Marty. Take in the sights and sounds around you. Listen to some great tunes that uplift you. Walk barefoot in the grass and sit outside and read a good book.... Enjoy being alive......We all go thru depression. Rise above it and live your life.......
