Sad day in Yuba City, CA . A resident was killed after census worker reported having gun pointed at them. Apparently the census worker visited late and upset the resident who pointed gun at them and told them to leave. Census workers called cops and when they showed up the residents pointed guns at them and refused to put down. Cops shot woman and killed her.

A 67-year-old Yuba City woman was shot and killed by officers when she pointed a shotgun at them and refused to put it down, Yuba City police said Friday.

Victoria Helen Roger-Vasselin was pronounced dead late Thursday at her home at 764 Mariner Loop in an affluent neighborhood on the city's far south side.

An autopsy Friday showed she died of "multiple gunshot wounds," said Sutter County Sheriff's Department spokeswoman Brenda Baker.

If she lived in an affluent neighborhood, do people on the other side of town live in an effluent neighborhood?
