Rosary beads as a gang symbol?

This story was posted in our office today. I live in the Los Angeles area, home of some of the worst gang activity in the country. We have banned pretty much everything that could be construed as gang related. But we have never thought about going after rosary beads.
It's one of the stupidest things I have ever heard of.

Who can oppose it if you claim the rosary beads are gang related....and you're absolutely right that it will NEVER extend to anything Muslim....
