Interesting question.

I think God takes a very light touch. I could be wrong. I think He gives us leeway agency and is very patient with us. But ultimately, I think that is part of His plan. So I guess it depends on how you look at it. God's plan is that we have agency and are allowed to make choices. So logically, if we make choices, is that out of His control because that is part of His plan?

And He inspires, exhorts, uplifts every individual. I don't think that He is saying something every second of Every day to us. But He nudges us. Again is He in control when He gives us the agency to act for ourselves? I really don't know. I think its a matter of perspective.

Avatar - good point, I think there's a big difference between His control and His plan.. :)
